Introducing the new COMBOLP-U, an upgraded version of our Standard LED Exit Light Combo designed for greater flexibility and code compliance. A simple, efficient, and secure UL Listed exit sign featuring 6" LED letters with a universal red/green selectable design. A built-in switch allows installers to easily select red or green illumination, and matching color diffusers are included to ensure uniform, code-compliant light output. The unit operates on 120/277 VAC, 60Hz dual voltage input.
A left and right arrow can be knocked out from the faceplate to indicate the exit direction. A universal mounting bracket allows for easy top or side mounting. This exit sign is pre-assembled and shipped single-sided, with an additional EXIT faceplate included in the box for optional field conversion to double-face.
The COMBOLP-U series is UL Listed and meets or exceeds UL 924, NEC, and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements.The Remote Head Capable and Self-Testing model allows for additional 3.6V remote lamp heads to be connected and wired at a different location where additional lighting is needed – See “Remote Head Capable ” section for more information. Self-Testing is a great solution where manual testing is not possible or practical. The unit will perform the required NFPA testing and indicate the outcome of the test. – See the“Self-Testing” section for more information. This unit also comes with an option for a 3’ Cord when hardwired installation is not an option.Compatible Battery: BAA-48R900

What's included?
Construction
The COMBOLP-U series is constructed from injection molded, impact- and scratch-resistant and corrosion-proof 5VA flame retardant thermoplastic housing. White housing is standard.
Illumination
The COMBOLP-U is designed with a light bar that includes 36 in-line SM LED's with a reflective cover to provide balanced white light. The light bar is fully adjustable and can be adjusted without removing the complete unit. The EXIT portion uses long-lasting, efficient red or green LEDs.
Emergency Operation
Upon failure of the normal utility power, an internal solidstate transfer switch automatically provides uninterrupted emergency operation for at least 90 minutes. The fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates recharging a discharged battery within 24 hours.
Battery - Battery Backup
The COMBOLP-U Combo Exit Light is designed with 2 maintenance-free 4.8V 1000mAh NiCad battery that provides a minimum emergency duration of 90 minutes. Recharge time of the battery is 24 hours. Operational temperature range is 32°F (0°C) to 122°F (50°C).

Suggested mounting height of 7.5ft illuminates 1 footcandle (FC) over a distance of 15ft on a 3ft path of egress and 10ft on a 6ft path of egress.
Mounting height of 7.5ft, multiple units illuminate 1 FC spaced at 16ft for a 3ft path of egress and spaced at 12ft for a 6ft path of egress.
Disclosure:
Spacing is measured in lab condition with an assumed open space, no obstruction and reflection rates of 80 (ceiling) / 50 (walls) / 20 (floor). Actual spacing may vary depending on what environment the fixture is installed in.
Self-Testing Option
Unit continuously monitors the AC power, battery supply voltage, emergency lamp condition and charging circuit. If failure is detected, the indicator will show status and correct when adjusted. Unit will automatically perform NFPA required monthly and annual testing. Refer to user manual for details.
Remote Head Capable Option
The remote head capability option allows the COMBOLP-U unit to supply power to up to two additional LED remote heads. The remote heads would then operate on the same emergency mode as the standard units (see Emergency Operation Section).
Electrical Components
Dual voltage input 120/277 VAC operation. LED display indicates AC/ON. An external push button test switch allows maintenance personnel to quickly determine the operational status of the unit. Unit offers surge protected, solid state circuitry.

Installation
The COMBOLP-U is suitable for surface wall, side mount, and top mount via included canopy. Unibody housing snaps together with no additional fasteners. Quick connect installation design allows for quick and easy installation. Knock-out chevrons for customized egress signage and field adjustable.
